Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days. We use Australia Post.

EXPRESS POSTAGE
Express postage is available for an additional $10 per order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes your online purchases don't fit quite right. In this case we are happy to exchange any item. To return items, please email shop@highcountryapparel.com.au first to arrange a return number.
We accept returns on items within 30 days of online dispatch. Returns outside this time frame will be returned to the customer and not accepted by High Country Apparel. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
Returns must be received in the same unworn condition with all tags attached along with a copy of your receipt.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS.
